Looking at the diagnostics section in the DxDiag file you attached a couple things do stand out. I noticed the Xbox game overlay appears to be crashing, as does your AMD Radeon software. These crashes may be related to the crashes you've been seeing with Apex Legends as well. 

First I'd recommend disabling the Xbox game bar in Windows to see if that helps. Go to your Windows Settings, then click on Gaming. You should see an option there for the Game Bar. When you click that there will be toggle switch to turn it off.

Have you had a chance to try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps at all? If the crashes are happening because of an issue with the game data a repair might help. 

If you right-click on the game in your Origin library you'll see a Repair option when the menu comes up. Let me know how it goes when you can. Thanks!

As far as I know there isn't a way to disable those in-game hints. The "button hints" setting will just turn off the key indicators in your HUD, but messages like "reload" will still show up.

Another option that may help is setting a different DNS on your PS4. I've seen some cases where that can also make a difference. To update the DNS settings on the console follow these steps: 

1. Open up the Settings on your PS4, then go to Network. From there go to Set Up Internet Connection, and select either WiFi or LAN cable depending on what you're using.

2. Select Custom > IP Address Settings (Automatic) > DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use) > DNS Settings (Manual)

3. Enter the Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and the...

On consoles I'm afraid there isn't a repair option like the Origin client. If you're running into this same issue you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game itself. If that's something you're able to try let me know if you're still seeing the same issue afterward.
