Have you had a chance to try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps at all? If the crashes are happening because of an issue with the game data a repair might help. 

 

If you right-click on the game in your Origin library you'll see a Repair option when the menu comes up. Let me know how it goes when you can. Thanks!

I'm afraid it's not possible to transfer your progress between accounts. If you start playing on a different Xbox account (or on a different platform) you would be starting over from the beginning.

As far as I know there isn't a way to disable those in-game hints. The "button hints" setting will just turn off the key indicators in your HUD, but messages like "reload" will still show up.

Another option that may help is setting a different DNS on your PS4. I've seen some cases where that can also make a difference. To update the DNS settings on the console follow these steps: 

 

1. Open up the Settings on your PS4, then go to Network. From there go to Set Up Internet Connection, and select either WiFi or LAN cable depending on what you're using.

2. Select Custom > IP Address Settings (Automatic) > DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use) > DNS Settings (Manual)

On consoles I'm afraid there isn't a repair option like the Origin client. If you're running into this same issue you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game itself. If that's something you're able to try let me know if you're still seeing the same issue afterward.

The bad luck protection for heirlooms has not been removed. When Heirloom Shards were introduced it was changed so that you would receive 150 shards to buy an Heirloom from the store rather than just getting a random Heirloom. 

 

Unfortunately we don't have a way of seeing how many packs that have been opened. Once you hit 500 packs you'll get the Heirloom Shards after you open up number 500.
