Just a heads-up I moved your post over to the Technical Issues board. 

 

In some cases this can happen if there's an IP address conflict with multiple devices connecting to the same network. When you've got a chance I'd recommend setting a static IP on your PCs/Consoles to see if that helps at all.

The packet loss starts happening pretty early in the trace, almost as soon as it leaves your home network. When you have a chance can you try changing the DNS settings in Windows to see if that helps at all? I've seen cases where using a different DNS can help with issues like this.

I really appreciate you giving that a shot. Can we also try setting a different DNS on your PS4 to test and see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen some cases where that can help out with packet loss issues like this.

I'm afraid it isn't possible to transfer your progress between platforms in Apex Legends. Your progress on Xbox can't be moved over to PS4 or vice versa.

Looking at the Diagnostics section in the DxDiag you attached it looks like there might be some issues with the Xbox Gaming Overlay. Can you try disabling this to see if that makes any difference at all? 

 

To turn off the Xbox Game Bar follow the steps below: 

 

1. Go to your Windows Settings and click Gaming

2. Click Game Bar

3. Click the toggle button below Record clips, Screenshots, and broadcast using Game Bar so that it's set to Off

Heirlooms have a super low drop rate out of packs. I don't know the exact number, but it's less than 1% chance. 

 

If you manage to open 500 packs without ever seeing one you'll get a chunk of heirloom shards after that 500th pack, though.
