Hi @7sGm_Yuho_Nagisa,

 

When you have the chance can you try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps? If there is an issue with the game files that may help fix this. 

 

If you right-click on the game in your Origin Library you will see a Repair option when the menu comes up. Let me know if that helps.

I don't think there's an option to swap the left and right audio channel in Apex Legends itself. I'm also not aware of an option like that existing in Windows either. You may be able to download a third party audio management program that would allow you to swap the left and right channel, though.

What you're saying is untrue. Don't spread misinformation, please.

 

It sounds like you're referring to a cheat of some kind. We don't sell those, but they are out there, made by others who are attempting to profit from them. The Apex Legends team and Easy Anti-Cheat are always working on ways to stop them, but new cheats pop up every so often.

It sounds like this is related to a similar issue that other players have been reporting. We've forwarded it up to the Apex Legends team for a look. In the meantime, keeping the other USB devices disconnected should help with the crashes.

I appreciate you giving it a shot!

 

Do you currently have any other USB devices connected to your PC besides your mouse and keyboard? I noticed an entry for a USB gamepad in your DxDiag. If there is a controller connected can you try removing it to test and see if that makes any difference at all? 


We've been seeing some reports recently regarding crashes from others where removing USB devices appears to stop them from happening. Can you give that a shot as well to see if it helps in this case?

Thanks for checking! 80 degrees might be a bit high, but that should still be within the acceptable temperature range for most video cards.

Have you been keeping an eye on your hardware temperatures while Apex Legends is running? What you're seeing looks like the kind of graphic artifacts that can happen when the GPU is running a bit too hot. I'm wondering if that might be happening here as well. 

 

How do your temperatures look? Are they normal?

I'm wondering if this may actually be an issue with the Origin client itself rather than with Apex Legends. When you have a chance can you try clearing out your Origin cache to see if that helps at all? If there's an issue with the cached data that may be causing this to happen then clearing it may help.
