Thank you for sharing that context. If there's been no case created yet to appeal your ban, there's nothing for Terms of Service to be able to respond to. Creating a thread or post on the forums wouldn't count, we can't help with ban account cases through here.

Thanks for popping up the attachments. I'm not sure why it's not displaying on your account status in Origin but the 3rd screenshot is notifying you that there's a ban placed on your account and why the ban was applied. If there's been cheating or rule breaking, the solution is a ban.

From reading the email that you shared in your opening post, there isn't a strike on your account that would result in a ban from Terms of Service. They've asked you to get in touch with our support team if you're having trouble logging in and playing from the account.
