I'm sorry but we won't know why you were banned from the forums. Can you take a look through your emails? There should be an email from Terms of Service that shares the general rule broken for example: ban applied for cheating/hacking/hate speech/etc.

Sorry, we can't look into this for you from the forums. If the Terms of Service team has carried out multiple investigations and confirmed that the ban was correctly added, then I'm sorry to say that there is nothing that we can do to change this.

Oh that's a good point! Thematics packs can drop heirlooms and packs with heirlooms do reset the timers...so taking that into consideration, my gut says it should reset but I'm going to tag @EA_David just in case. He'll set us straight on this.
