Cosmetics won't go missing for updating the email address on your EA account so something else happened there. Can you walk me through what happened and what you mean by 'switching' to clarify that? Did you switch the EA accounts linked to your consoles by unlinking and relinking to a different EA account?

If you haven't included that information in your first appeal, it could be added to your second appeal if you felt it's relevant to your ban case and would help the Terms of Service team with their investigation.

It sounds like you've submitted an appeal already and heard back from Terms of Service.

 

In terms of what you can do, you have the option to have the ban reviewed one more time, on the condition that you include additional information that wasn't shared in the previous appeal relevant to the ban. 

 

Essentially if you have information you think would help with the investigation, that you didn't share before, submit a second appeal and be sure to include that information. Terms of Service will then look into things once more on your behalf and get back to you as soon as they can.

2 months sounds longer than the reports I've been seeing on AHQ. If you could relay this for me; I'd suggest they too get in touch with the support team so an agent can check the case is working it's way to Terms of Service as intended.

In terms of hearing back from Terms of Service, reports from other players on the forum suggest that the average response time is quite long at the moment and it may take a while before you hear back from the Terms or Service team but 2 months sounds longer than any report we've seen come through on the forums for a single appeal.

If you've sent in more than one appeal, 3 max will prompt an investigation and response asap from Terms of Service.

Yes, last May there was a faster response time and less appeals in the queue to reach Terms of Service. This has since increased on both accounts based on the reports from the boards. I'm afraid we don't have a way of seeing exactly how long an investigation might take.
