Thanks for reaching out. It's good you've reopened the case and stressed the text they quoted in that email was from the other player being reported, not from you. Terms of Service will take a look and get back to you as soon as they can on your ban from the email: [email protected].

In terms of how to handle this in future to avoid confusion, there wouldn't be any changes I could recommend from your side. Sometimes mistakes happen and that's what the appeal process is there for. Terms of Service will be able to see if the ban was added by mistake and overturn it from there.

Please keep an eye out on your email inbox from a reply from them.

No, not your computer. That's not something EA do to the best of my awareness.

It's likely the EA account you're logging in with received the ban. I really wouldn't be able to help offer any insights into your specific ban though if you do have one.

Please follow the advise I've shared above to appeal the ban. If you're not sure it even is a ban, reach out to the support team, they'll let you know if your accounts been banned.

Thank you for sharing that context. If there's been no case created yet to appeal your ban, there's nothing for Terms of Service to be able to respond to. Creating a thread or post on the forums wouldn't count, we can't help with ban account cases through here.

I'd recommend starting with filling out the webform to create a Terms of Service case if you believe the ban on your EA Account/game was placed mistakenly. The advice in this FAQ will help you do that: ...

Thanks for popping up the attachments. I'm not sure why it's not displaying on your account status in Origin but the 3rd screenshot is notifying you that there's a ban placed on your account and why the ban was applied. If there's been cheating or rule breaking, the solution is a ban.

I know it's frustrating. Neither the support team or us on the forums have the ability to handle banned account cases. 

 

The only team who can look into that ban for is Terms of Service. Have you filled out the webform to send in a ticket to them?
