Oh I see, apologies for my confusion. Thank you for sharing what steps you took to sever the connection. You can link it back up to your original EA account by opening up any EA game on the PlayStation and entering an online game mode. It should prompt you to then enter the login details for the EA account you'd like to link up. Make sure to enter the correct details because it can't be unlinked again for 6 months.

Unlinking connected accounts from an EA account can result in permanent loss of game data which is why it is a procedure only available in certain cases for players who reach out to the EA live support team.

Can you describe what steps you took to unlink the PlayStation account from an EA account?

I'm not sure what steps you've done so far but it's not possible to unlink your EA account from your console account without the help of the EA support team. Those accounts are still linked together. It'd be best to reset the security settings on both to resecure them:

Sorry for the delay in responding. Your tag got lost in a sea of notifications.

 

If you're in any way concerned your appeal case is not on it's way to the Terms of Service team, definitely link in with the support team.  Keep in mind, the support team are in the same position we are here on the forums, they can't help with the ban itself or investigate it. They will, however, be able to double check the case statues for you and help to ease those concerns or if the case failed to send to Terms of Service the advisor will correct that asap, etc. Once they get a good look at it, they'll be better able...

Unfortunately it sounds like the rules were broken in your case. If there rules were broken, then the bans correctly applied and will remain in place. There is nothing that we can do to change this.

Terms of Service are the only team who handle and investigate ban cases. If the Terms of Service team have looked into it for you and denied multiple overturn appeals then I'm sorry to say that there is nothing that we can do to change this.

I'd recommending starting with reporting this to the support team and resecuring your account. After doing so, I'd then suggest flagging the ban with Terms of Service to be looked into if the ban was due to the compromised activity.

Ah ok, so the reviewing part takes time. The TOS team handles each appeal on a case-by-case basis, so if they are working through a high case volume an investigation may take some time. Keep an eye on your email, and they will send you a response as soon as possible.
