These particular skins were linked to some crashing issues and have been temporarily removed from the game until those issues are fixed.

 

We don't have a specific date for when that will be just yet, but thanks for the patience while we're working to get that cleared up.

There was a small in-game event of sorts back in Season 8 that "teased" arenas arriving in Season 9.

 

It's no longer possible to get this, but you can read a bit more about that on various fansites like this one if you're interested.

Unfortunately this was not the first action, there was indeed a temporary suspension in the past.

This would likely be unavailable depending on the country of residence registered on your account, as packs are unavailable for purchase in certain regions.

 

I would take a look through your account page here to be sure that information is accurate, and update the country as needed if you're not currently living there.

Apart from Series 1 and 2, dive trails will only last one season after they're earned.

 

This means that your Season 14 dive trail will reflect your Season 13 rank, rather than going back to your Season 12 rank.

Every 10 levels is indeed correct for this first stretch of levels after 500. 

 

That changes a bit as you continue leveling up, but at this point 10 levels per pack is normal. Standard smile

Sorry to hear those ended up on your Switch account instead of the one you'd been hoping to actually use.

 

When Prime Gaming content is claimed and you have multiple different platforms linked to your EA Account, I'm afraid that will show up on the first platform you sign into.

 

This is not something we're able to transfer to a different account than where it was claimed unfortunately.
