Apex Legends does not currently support cross-progression, so I'm afraid there is not a way to transfer progress from one platform to another.

 

While that's something being worked on, we don't have any particular details on what that will eventually look like, though it will likely help to have all your platforms under the same EA account when that time arrives.

If you no longer have access to the email registered to an account, you'll need to get in touch with our support team directly.

 

They can work with you to verify some additional information about the account, and after that point would be able to update the login email to one that you're able to access.

You should have also received an email detailing the length of the suspension or ban when the action was initially placed on the account.

I would check back through your email, including any spam, junk, or trash folders that may have filtered out replies from the @ea.com domain.

A reason you'd still see the penalty even in the case of a disconnection rather than directly leaving the game is because that's still a situation that causes your team to be placed at a disadvantage, whether intended or not.

You'll need to continue working with support to verify the other account, afraid we cannot assist with this on the forums.

If you had provided them with some incorrect information and they weren't able to verify what was originally registered on the account, you're welcome to reach back out and give that process another attempt. They won't be able to make changes to an account without verifying enough information regarding the original owner, however. Mako.png

If you don't recall the email, our support team can still locate the account using the username you'd previously provided in a chat.

Hey @MK-PLASMA,

 

It sounds like the account you're posting from was only created extremely recently, which is why you're not seeing any progress here.

 

Typically what I see happen in these types of situations is the prior account had its email changed, then a new one is created using the same email, which would be the one you're logging into in this case.

 

The account progress you're looking for is not wiped, it's simply on a separate account.
