Apex Legends does not currently support cross-progression, so I'm afraid there is not a way to transfer progress from one platform to another.
While that's something being worked on, we don't have any particular details on what that will eventually look like, though it will likely help to have all your platforms under the same EA account when that time arrives.

If you no longer have access to the email registered to an account, you'll need to get in touch with our support team directly.
They can work with you to verify some additional information about the account, and after that point would be able to update the login email to one that you're able to access.
