Hey folks, an ongoing issue with these is still under investigation, however we are currently seeing an extra restart of the game client appears to be helping to update the badges here.

 

Once you've patched and logged into the game, can you try restarting the client to see if the badge updates properly?

This is indeed linked to specific skins on Seer and Rampart currently. 

 

If you try swapping to a different skin you should be able to grab banners normally while this is being addressed, thanks!

While there can occasionally be a short delay when delivering coins, it shouldn't be more than 24 hours.

 

As @XHelperZ mentioned this is an issue being investigated, but support should still be able to make sure you get your coins in the meantime.

That may not be letting you open additional cases at this point due to the number of new cases that have been created recently.

 

The support team should reach out through one of the new cases you've created and will likely close the rest to keep the communication in one place.

 

At that point you should be able to continue the discussion through whichever case they reply to first, or resume the earlier chat. 

 

For now it's essentially a matter of waiting to hear back on one of those open cases, or try using Twitter or Facebook if those are options for you.
