That may not be letting you open additional cases at this point due to the number of new cases that have been created recently.
The support team should reach out through one of the new cases you've created and will likely close the rest to keep the communication in one place.
At that point you should be able to continue the discussion through whichever case they reply to first, or resume the earlier chat.
For now it's essentially a matter of waiting to hear back on one of those open cases, or try using Twitter or Facebook if those are options for you.
