I understand, however if you still have not heard back please reach out to support again or use one of the other contact options above.

 

I would suggest using the chat option rather than email if possible. When creating a new case I'd suggest the Orders | Order not received option, which should give you the available options for your location.

 

This is not something we can investigate on the forums I'm afraid.

Which options are you selecting when creating a case? The available contact methods can vary slightly depending on your location and the time, but chat should typically be an option in addition to email.

Currently I'm showing that is available when creating a case and selecting the options: Apex Legends | Xbox Series X | Orders | Order not received, so it may be worth checking whether you're creating a case with those or different selections.

I'm afraid we're unable to address these types of issues on the forums directly, sorry.

 

If you've reached out via email and this still hasn't been fixed up, I'd recommend trying to use the live chat or phone callback channels instead if those are available.

 

That availability may change depending on your location and current time as well as the categories you select when creating a case, so making sure you use an option such as Orders  | Order not received would be the best bet for this particular situation.

Hey @TofuDriver83,

 

There was a long-standing bug that caused older dive trails to still be available for some time.

This was recently fixed, so at this point you'll only have the dive trail for the highest rank you reached in the previous season, as well as the Series 1 & 2 dive trails if you had earned either of those back in Season 2 and 3.
