Yes, it's possible your original account had its email updated or changed, and that same email was used for the current account.

That is not the case for the account you're posting with, I'm afraid.

If you're not using a different email it's possible your original account had its email updated or changed, and that same email was used for the current account.

You'll need to continue working with support in this case to try and locate and update the original account to recover that progress.

It looks like the EA account you're posting from was just recently created, so if you've played at all in the past that seems to have been on a different account.

 

Your progress is saved on the EA account, so re-linking a Steam account from another EA account to this one would not transfer that progress.

This looks as though your GPU drivers may be significantly out of date, can you head over to AMD's website here to try grabbing the latest drivers?

 

I'd try a clean install of the drivers before restarting and checking again for any change.

I'm afraid I don't have any updates for you about the available currency options here, but this is something we've passed along to be looked into again. 

 

As far as connecting your EA account to another Steam account, this should be possible if your EA account has not already had a different Steam account linked. Currently each EA account can only have one of each other platform linked over its lifetime.

If it's been more than 24 hours and they still haven't shown up, we do just need to verify some information about your purchase before we're able to assist. If the purchase was made through our own systems it's typically fairly easy to verify, but if that was made through another store we would need to get some extra information as we don't otherwise have access to another company's transaction info.

We're unable to review the account activity and information leading to a ban on the forums. That's only done by our Terms of Service team.
