You should have received an email with a bit more detail about any account action as well, so I'd definitely check your email filters and the spam/junk/trash folders to make sure that wasn't missed.

If you've not played for the past month, it sounds like you've just missed the rank split that took place last week. 

 

That would have dropped your rank back down a bit, and we had also lowered the RP entry cost across the board.

It sounds like there may have been some miscommunication there, as there certainly aren't 30 pieces of proof required to assist with a situation like this.

The link above shows the specific 3 - 4 screenshots that are needed, however you would need to speak with support regarding any alternatives as this is not something we can look into on the forums. Mako.png

Hey @BPoff71!

 

While you may have just enough time to craft between damage ticks if you're quick, there should be an in-game setting you can toggle to give yourself more time, aside from having to use a heat shield.

 

You should be looking for this one, can you double-check to make sure this is set to Off? This applies both to damage from other players as well as the ring, so this should help out.

Ranked badges would show up once the season ends, so it's normal that you haven't seen that one appear in-game just yet.

 

For other badges that haven't appeared though, I'd definitely be sure to add that in this bug report thread so we can track and pass along that information, though we are unable to manually award the badges. Thanks!

These are public forums, not a private ticket where you're guaranteed a one-on-one discussion. 

 

Generally speaking others are perfectly allowed to post in a thread, especially if it's dealing with the same situation they're encountering as well.

 

In this case however, as others have correctly pointed out, we are unable to review or change any account actions here on the forums.

 

The only ones able to look into this further would be our Terms of Service team, so if you'd like to have an account action reviewed, you will need to take it up with them ...

Sorry to hear about this. That penalty will kick in if you leave a ranked match whether that's due to a disconnection or choosing to leave the game early.

 

The RP loss can definitely be pretty impactful this season in particular, though I'm afraid that is not something that can be returned.
