If this all took place while you were away and not even accessing the account, I would definitely go through these security steps as much as possible to make sure no one else may have access to your account info.

Sorry to hear about this. That penalty will kick in if you leave a ranked match whether that's due to a disconnection or choosing to leave the game early.

 

The RP loss can definitely be pretty impactful this season in particular, though I'm afraid that is not something that can be returned.

I've moved your post over to its own thread in the Apex Legends boards as the original thread was a bit older.

 

Apex Packs and loot boxes in general are not available in Belgium I'm afraid.

 

If that is where you're playing from, then you would not have access to purchase those and would receive crafting materials in their place when leveling up.
