We haven't had any new updates to share on cross-progression I'm afraid, though work on that feature has continued.

 

Once we're ready to reveal more information we'll be sure to let everyone know, but in the meantime this thread is being locked to prevent necroposting as it's quite old.

An heirloom refund / swap feature of some sort is certainly a request we've seen, though currently I'm afraid that's not possible, sorry.

 

We'll certainly continue to pass the sentiment along, but that's sadly not something we can manually swap out either.

Can you confirm that you're trying the exact steps below, rather than creating a case from another page?
