This has been reviewed by our Terms of Service team multiple times, which is why you're now having the cases declined.

As they've completed multiple reviews and declined to remove the action, that is final and not something we'll be able to change here either.

We do not permit account sharing, so we wouldn't be able to assist with getting around an account ban to help someone other than the registered account owner access an account, I'm afraid.

You're able to submit multiple appeals for our Terms of Service team to consider, but if they've already reviewed the appeals and declined to removed the penalty, we wouldn't be able to make any changes here either.
