The EA Help home page should be the correct page for that link, but instead of heading to "My Cases" from there, try going through the products listed under the Game Support section and either selecting or searching for The EA app.

 

You should have a variety of topics available to open a case with at that point, either I need help logging into my EA Account or I want to update my EA Account information should let you get in touch with support regarding this particular situation.

Are you seeing any error messages pop-up when trying to launch the game?

 

Generally if you're not seeing anything happen at all after pressing play, the game is likely being blocked by anti-virus or security programs.

 

It would be best to check and make sure you've set Apex and Steam or the EA app as exceptions in your system's security programs and firewall as needed.

Just to clarify, the actual error here is, "Core item already owned", which is an error that appears when you're unable to purchase a bundle because you already own one or more of the individual items in that bundle. 

 

Generally we would see this in situations where one of the skins is owned, for example, preventing the bundle from actually being purchased.

 

If you had actually been charged for the full bundle with the prior purchase attempt and haven't received it, our support team will need to check into this further.

Apex Legends Mobile has closed, but I'm afraid even while it was active there was not a way to transfer your progress from a mobile account to another platform, sorry.

 

Progress you made in the past or on other platforms cannot be moved to your PSN account unfortunately, so you will be starting fresh with that account.

Hey everyone, thanks for the posts.

 

Just to make sure I'm understanding correctly, you're all using the 3rd tier of Valkyrie's prestige skin (Apex Interceptor) and have equipped the Blade Barrage finisher, but this keeps reverting to a standard finisher in-game and the Blade Barrage finisher is automatically unselected after the match? Is that right?

Those were automatically added to your total as soon as you clicked to open the pack, so there would not have been any separate indication of crafting materials being added after the game.

 

You should still have the red dot notification for the new skins, though I've seen some situations where that doesn't appear if the opening animation is interrupted. Even if that's the case, you should be able to check through the actual list of skins to find the newer additions.

 

Fortunately it doesn't seem anything went missing here, though if you'd like to check into that further you'll need to speak with support directly.

Hey @FZ_TIANO,

 

Fortunately, the contents of a pack are added to your inventory immediately when you click to open it, even if you don't see the animation fully play out before it's interrupted by something else such as starting a match.

 

It doesn't look like the most recent pack contained any heirloom shards sadly, but it did have crafting materials as well as a Wingman and Peacekeeper skin which should be available if you check through your loadout.
