First off, thank you for your efforts to help keep the community a friendly and welcoming place.

 

Taking the time to do what you can in that regard is absolutely appreciated, even if you don't always see the result you'd hoped.

 

On that particular note, here on AHQ we do not have direct visibility to see the content or context of a report and thus wouldn't be able to speak to why something was handled a certain way. 

 

There is also not an appeals process regarding reports you've made yourself, though I do see where you're coming from here and we can absolutely pass along the fee...

Hi @9ca37e898eecd76b,

If you're playing on PC this will automatically be enabled. The option to disable it would only be there for players on PlayStation, Xbox, or Switch.

If you're having trouble syncing up with your friend to play, they'll need to check for that setting if they're on a console.

I would also check through the link below to make sure you've both checked any necessary privacy settings to locate each other in-game if you're running into any trouble from there.

Generally if you continue seeing a message prompting you to reset your password, it means your console account is already linked to an older EA Account.

 

That older EA Account is the one that would need to have a password reset completed for this to clear up.

Hey @No_a_joke, sorry to hear you'd accidentally picked up a different heirloom. I know those can be far and few between so that would be disappointing for sure if it's not the one you'd planned.

At this time we're unable to exchange or otherwise reverse in-game purchases including heirlooms I'm afraid, sorry.
