Sorry to hear you've had this happen to you. That's a huge pain when you're just wanting to play some Apex, even before the missing coins.

 

In these cases what we're able to do is help re-secure the account and get you back into the game. I'm afraid we're not able to provide additional coins, and there's not a way to simply roll an account back as you're hoping, sadly.

It does look like there were some additional chat lines aside from the portions you mentioned here, so reviewing the email should have a bit more information for you.

 

We aren't able to provide any additional info aside from what's in that email, but I do see you've already submitted a number of appeals for this.

 

In general it's best to submit a single appeal and wait to hear back, as creating multiple cases before the first review is even complete can delay the investigation.

 

At this point you'll need to wait and hear back from our Terms of Service team once that investigation is complete, so please keep an eye on your email for any updates.

We do take the circumstances into account to a degree when reviewing reports we receive about inappropriate chat. For example in the case you provided, it appears the account only received a warning rather than a suspension or ban as that language was not directed at someone else. The language itself is still not appropriate however, so when that report was received and found to be a violation, the warning was issued.

Do note that anything you unlock in the meantime will not be merged, however. The progress and unlocks from two different accounts cannot be combined currently.

Ultimately our ToS team relies on what can be verified in our own records. There is not a separate place to have this removed, as it's up to ToS.

Each appeal will be done by a new member of the ToS team, but if all the investigations have been completed and they've come to the same conclusion, this will not be overturned.

I'm afraid we're unable to look into banned accounts on the forums under any circumstances.

 

These appeals are handled exclusively by our Terms of Service team, and they have the final say in these situations.

 

If they have completed multiple investigations and decided not to remove the ban on the account, I'm sorry to say we will not be able to help with that on the AHQ Forums either.

A ban is not always applied instantly, as our records and (depending on the situation) player reports would need to be investigated before an action is taken.

That is to say, there may be a short time delay between certain behavior and an action being applied.

You should have received an email with a bit more information regarding any account actions. Any actions would be based on activity found in our records, not just on something like your k/d ratio.

Have you recently unlinked another account from your EA Account?

 

This is typically what causes a loss of progress or your cosmetics. That is all stored on the EA Account where it was first earned, and at this point cannot be transferred to a different account.

 

If that's the case, you would need to re-link the account that was initially connected.

A third and final investigation was indeed performed, and the outcome was the message you're referring to stating they won't be responding to additional appeals.

Each appeal is handled by a different member of the ToS team, but at some point it's no longer productive to keep reviewing the same information and records expecting a different outcome.
