At the moment the progress would be separate due to the current lack of cross-progression.

Whether that would continue to be an option once cross-progression is active however, I can't say without knowing how that feature will work.

If you're positive that you want to keep progression separate even in the future, the safest way to do so would be with a separate account. Mako.png

Hey @SamJam1743,

 

Progression is tied to the EA Account where it was first earned, and it's not something that can be transferred to a different EA Account.

 

If you were looking to play on PC and Switch but wanted to keep those separate even when cross-progression arrives later, you would need to use a separate EA Account.

As you mentioned, cross progression isn't coming to the game until later this year, though your progress should still be there for you if you revisit a different platform.

 

Typically you should only see the content go missing like this if you've unlinked any accounts or platforms from your EA Account where that was originally earned.
