The Ranger charm is called "Big Dog" in Apex Legends. Can you log into the game and see if you have the "Big Dog" charm?

Just to be sure, this was the Ranger charm from last month, is that correct?

If so, can you check your charms for "Big Dog" instead? This one has a different name in-game so I'd like to be sure you don't have it under that name instead. Thanks!

While we did have a period towards the beginning of the year where those appeals were taking substantially longer, those are well under control at this point and appeals should have a fairly quick turnaround time.

Aside from that I'm not quite sure what you mean by unprovoked reports in-game.

Reports would lead to an investigation of the account and, if it's found to have violated the User Agreement, an account action would follow.

If you ever feel an action was taken incorrectly, appealing it with our ToS team will be the only way forward as this is not something we're able to address on the forums, thanks.

These can also take up to 24 hours to appear in some cases, especially if things are particular busy as with a season launch.

If you're relying on the account ban history page to say that you're not suspended, do keep in mind that it notes there are certain bans or suspensions that do not appear on that page.

Afraid there's no one else to speak to about this. If our Terms of Service team has declined to remove an account action after multiple appeals, that decision is final.
