Thanks for making sure that was reported, @initialfear.

That will be investigated and we'll make sure the appropriate action is taken, though that's of course not a result we're able to share with anyone other than the account holder.

As far as your appeal, while it does state it may take up to 30 days, that is highly dependent on how many other cases are in the queue ahead of yours.

Your account progress is saved to your EA Account, so as long as you're not unlinking your Steam and EA Accounts your progress will not be lost.

 

That is true whether you're moving or even uninstalling the game itself.

Right @Kevinsk1r, I was just making sure you weren't using a VPN separately, thanks for clarifying.

 

Which location do you normally connect to on the initial login screen?

 

As you're mentioning not even seeing Control again (it is back for the current event) or loading the store, this is sounding like you may be stuck on an older version of the client perhaps.

Can you try going through these steps to clear the cache files in the EA app? 

 

That can help out in situations like this where the launcher may not be properly recognizing the update's been completed.
