That link above would be the only method to appeal an action with our TOS team.

You're able to appeal multiple times, so if you've just had them review the situation once, you're welcome to submit another appeal and a new member of the TOS team will take another look.

Hi @Blasving7,

That's correct. Since the progress is stored on the EA account, you won't be able to take that to a different EA account.

If you're wanting the cross progression for your Xbox and PC accounts in the future however, you will need to get both of those moved to the same EA account.

Unfortunately that sounds like you'll be missing out on the progress from one account or the other, depending on which one you decide to unlink (if any). Mako.png

Cross Progression itself will not remove an existing ban on accounts, nor will it cause an account to be automatically banned.

Cross Progression will only work within the same EA account.

 

If you're playing on two separate platforms and were hoping to take advantage of cross progression, you'd need to make sure all platforms you're playing on are linked to the same EA account.

Your progress and cosmetics would be tied to the EA account where they were initially unlocked.

 

Unfortunately, this means that if other people had access to your account and had progressed on a platform connected to it (in this case PS4), that progress would also be tied to your EA account.

 

I'm afraid we'll be unable to assist in these situations as we do not support account sharing and would not be able to transfer progress from one EA account to another, sorry.

Progress in Apex is saved on the EA account, which means it can be lost if the connected account is switched or unlinked.

Totally understandable, @Trapy0ung.

Typically that's possible with pre-orders that have their own transactions and can be found in your order history, but the in-game options work a bit differently in that regard and are essentially final once something is selected and confirmed.

I'm showing there were multiple replies to the recent cases for this account.

 

Try heading over to your case history page if you weren't seeing an email appear, or double-check that the messages had not made their way to any junk, trash, or spam folders.

 

If our team has reviewed this multiple times and declined to remove the penalty, the case will be closed and the account ban would remain final I'm afraid.
