Hey @GekoPixie,

 

With the exception of the first couple seasons, Ranked Dive Trails only lasted for the season after they were earned. 

 

At this point the ranked rewards no longer include a dive trail, but dive trails earned for Season 17 would only be available during Season 18.

Hey all,

 

Ranked queue is disabled shortly before a new patch goes live to make sure there's no crossover with the update.

 

The patch should now be available, so please try updating and connecting again after this point.

 

Additionally, we are aware some players are having issues connecting or may otherwise be seeing server errors getting back in currently. We're looking into the situation, thanks folks!

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble getting back into an account. I'm afraid we're unable to make any account changes via the forums, so you would need to continue working with support for this issue.

  Our support would need to be able to verify enough of the registered account information before any changes can be made. You're welcome to reach out to try again, but we wouldn't have a way to otherwise bypass that verification, sorry.

These crashes should be corrected in the update this coming Tuesday, March 26th!

 

Thanks for the feedback @Jambo_tj500, while I'm not aware of additional changes or options at this time, I believe it was possible to manually skip the killcam each time to get back to the death recap/scoreboard faster instead. I understand it's not a full automatic toggle, but that may be worth trying out in the meantime.

While we can pass along that this happened, I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to shed any light on what took place months ago to have caused this.

 

Here on the forums we're somewhat limited in how far back we can see, so for something of this nature it's generally best to create a post as soon as possible so we can try to better clarify what may have happened.

Hey @wrocs,

 

Heirlooms for events like this are awarded for opening all the packs during the event. Afterwards, they would show up in the Mythic Shop to be unlocked with heirloom shards instead.

 

If you purchased the packs and had not opened them during the event, it would not qualify for this I'm afraid. It sounds like the event had already ended by the time you finished opening the packs, which would be the reason the heirloom was not granted.

We wouldn't have any other options at this point, sorry. As mentioned above, only our Terms of Service team can review these and once they've declined to remove a penalty multiple times, that will be final.

An appeal with the ToS team is the only method to have these actions reviewed. 

 

If our Terms of Service team has completed multiple reviews and declined to remove the penalty, there will not be a way to unban the account.

I was more looking for the case number to share some feedback about the interaction, as we cannot take any actions on the forums.

 

In this case however, they're speaking more about using the forums to provide feedback, not to have anything changed on the account.

 

In a situation where you're looking to appeal an action, you must speak with support, we cannot take any account actions via the forums, period. Sorry for the confusion.
