Mundo can be 20/0 but as long as the enemy team buys GW he is no longer a champion.

Stopwatch. Plated Steelcaps. Galeforce to dash after he exists alpha.

Mundo is certainly still a champion even when affected by GW. He's just 1 of 5 on his team. Even getting the enemy team to pay the GW tax is a pretty substantial win.

But then when they buy GW mundo becomes useless. Do you see the issue here?

No because that's how our item system works. Many items exist to counter a champion strength, and many exist to enhance a champion's strengths. The trick is to find the balance.

There must be a VFX bug here because I'm not seeing a grievous wounds icon and we added about a dozen new ways to apply healing reduction... Hmm.

Edit — and it was BC it could stack off of being in combat with minions (and monsters?). It still only applies 1 stack per unit

It's ok. I thought we fixed it last week but we didn't.

Riven and the new sterak, have a look

This was a bug we've since fixed. Riven has like 15 stacks of sterak's here when it's meant to be capped at 5.

Lich Bane is absolutely intended.

They are normalizing its base AD scaling to akin other Spellblades and making so you never end up losing damage when upgrading it (for the odd situation where 50% of your AP isn't bigger than 25% of your base AD, aka as-first-item scenarios or as your only source of AP). But that can't exactly be done without fearing abominations such as pre-rework Lich Bane (50 flat + 75% AP) in the hands of old Kayle and Ahri.

So slower recharge time to justify its usual identity of a Sheen proc used for absolute burst instead of DPS.

Yup! And yes, amumu now stuns.

Let me chat with team. I've been on tooltips and making item onhits benefit from lifesteal this week.

We either already fixed this today (possible), or I can't reproduce the bug. I'm adding a sapphire crystal, tooltips suggests I get 8AD from it, and my AD gains 8 in the stats panel.

Thanks for reporting it!

Pretty much any character can cut through even a super tank with ease as things stand right now.

Yeah we like the choices, but we have some tactics planned to avoid such heavy stacking or effectiveness.

We're going to make changes soon.

Yes, please keep calling out bugs like these. We have to manually create 'unique' buffs like this so we're bound to miss some instances. Thank you.

Oh yeah, one of them is damage dealt, the other is damage that would have been dealt by another it's item... I can't recall which is which! We'll fix that soon.

There's damage creep and even worse: it's very uneven. Some items got damage boosts and others got very little.

So far, the ADC Mythics feel more like nerfs. Immortal Shieldbow seems to be the preference so far with Kraken Slayer feeling too slow and Galeforce being worthless. Trinity Force seems like a better pick than Galeforce, especially with the crit nerf.

There's also issues with some of the mechanics. Duskblade now grants invisibility without a cool down. This let's Pyke makes multiple kills without being targeted. We also found that there isn't a cap for Armor Pen.

Also, Essence Reaver's Mana return is gone, meaning that ADC's are usually mana starved now. For some of them, this doesn't mean much, but ADC's that rely a bit more on their abilities, it forces them to take Mana flow Band and still be low on mana most of the game. It's a significant decrease in damage.

There's absolutely a cap on % armor pen, but it's not communicated very well right now. All % pen items are part of the Unique Group "last whisper". You can only own 1 item at a time from a Unique Group.

1 some of them are overloaded (the same design when you reworked Irelia, instead of giving a couple of mechanics to the champion and the player's skill made him strong, leaving the skillset simple "for the most part", you put 2-4 mechanics in each ability and the strength comes from the numbers and not the player skill, doesnt matter how good you are at Adc if Zed with a new "Duskblade of Draktharr" gets 3 mechanics from 1 item: bonus dmg/slow/passive kill reset), instead of this just make each item passive/active strong in 1 direction only

Before proposing solutions how i see new items, I would like to know why you rename mechanics for no reason: (lethality/Ability Haste), I believe that mechanics should have a consistent logic in their names so that players do not ask why this is called like that when there is a more logical name for it arm...

I disagree on Duskblade. The damage is mainly there to add impact and satisfaction to the slow. We'd have been happy with an item that just slows the target for a brief moment, but these effects always feel nicer when they come with a small amount of bonus damage.
