Like the title says I was able to install HoloISO no problem. I was even able to use it and install a few things. After installing drivers for my controller, I can no longer get back to the OS. I can see the grub boot loader and I could see the option for Holo, it automatically selects it then just sits at a black screen.
This exact same thing happened before and I reinstalled everything. It’s doing it again, though immediately after installing the USB dongle firmware, which I don’t see why that would prevent my system from starting up.
I was gonna go ahead and repair the boot, but doesn’t seem to need that since it sees Grub. Any advice?
This is a Trigkey S5 5500U
External link →I just installed HoloISO onto a Trigkey micro pc. It was pretty painless but I can’t get my XBox controller to work.
I can connect to it via Bluetooth in Steam game mode and in the OS but it doesn’t do anything. I tried using the Xbox wireless adapter but I read I need drivers but no idea how to get them since when I run pacman it tells me it’s unable to lock database but I don’t even have that file on my OS.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

can you share your DXDiag?

Just tested the alternative, where they join MY game. Thought that maybe if I was busted in theirs but they could get waypoints, they could just always play mine.
Still broke. If they join my game THEY can no longer unlock waypoints but I can. Going to stop playing till they fix cause it makes co-op basically a non-starter. u/SOLIDAge , can you let us know if this bug should be affected by the fix on the other teleport bug? I've seen this specific one brought up on both steam forums and here. It's every teleporter in the game.

We are aware of this bug and testing a fix for it right now. As soon as we have more information about when we put it out, we’ll let everyone know.
We are exploring adding it.
We are aware that some players on Deck are crashing specifically in the Highlands when they pause the game. We have a fix we're currently testing and hope to get it out soon. For the time being we recommend pausing in less dense areas of the highlands or going back to Skylight first. Thank you for your patience.
I played for about 90 minutes on deck last night and the experience was horrible. I had two crashes that required me to force shutdown the deck and wasn't able to consistently maintain 40fps with any combination of settings. Frames also dropped to 20-22 any time a menu was opened.
I'll have to see how it runs on my desktop, but I'm debating refunding until performance is better as I'd hoped to mostly play this on deck. It definitely shouldn't be verified (even though that means next to nothing, as there are a lot of cases like this).

Do you have a source? I can't find them confirming this anywhere. I saw they confirmed there'd be no wipe between founders that had it prior to June 11 and the June 11 opening to the public, but not between now and the 1.0.
TIA
We have no plans to invalidate save files. It’s not a guarantee due to us being in Early Access but not planned.
Turns out just having both of us restart the game fixed it, and now we can join each other as intended :)
Have fun love birds.
Thanks for the reply!
Yea, we are both on Steam, and we can both see that we're playing the game. We've played countless other games on Steam together, all which have worked flawlessly.
We've done a couple of expeditions solo now, but it's still not working. Maybe it's a bug or something.
You do need to be done with the tutorial to play CO-op. Have you tried just inviting her directly through Steam? Basically when you hit that invite button, it’s just gonna bring up the steam overlay. So you can right click on her name to invite her or to join her game directly from the friends list. See if that works.
I’m really depressed. Back when they first started their patreon they ran an auction and I won a signed bottle. It sat on my desk for over 12 years. Upon moving recently it was in a box that went missing. 😭

What’s next? Well we will continue to add content throughout Early Access as we work towards 1.0 later this year.
Some of those things we’ll be adding systems such as Server Browsers, matchmaking and discord invites, as well as content like a new Wayfinder, a brand new zone, more housing and more.
Beyond 1.0 we hope we can continue to expand the game with more characters and content as long as we have players purchasing the game and c...

When leaving the dungeon, the game freezes and crashes the steam deck. Whether the settings are low or medium, it's the same problem. We currently aren't tracking any issues like this. Do you mind Joining the Discord and submitting your log files from the deck so we can take a look at what might be happening?
