Hey,

Sorry to hear about your issue with the game crashing. .

First of all, I would suggest to try the steps found here but for issues like this we really need to be able to look at your system files to help see what may be causing it.

Another good thing to try is to close Uplay, go to your cache folder in your Uplay directory and rename your cache folder to something like "cachebackup". Then see if you still have an issue.

If you have done those steps, I would recommend trying to get through on live chat during times that we are open so we can get your system files off you.

In the first 4 packs you got 2 uniforms, a weapon skin and headgear. Then I see you bought a pack like you said, and got another head gear in that one. So you did have the 4 free packs.

The Uplay game files and Steam game files are different.

There was some server maintenance earlier on Club features so that will have been the cause.

This error usually means you launched the game originally whilst logged in to a different Ubisoft account.

Please make sure you are logged in to the correct account on Uplay before trying to launch the game.

Hey,

Do you have a VPN installed at all? If so, make sure that is disabled.

I don't see the game on your account. Only the free trial. Maybe you were signed in to a different account when you purchased the game?

Hey,

The way content sharing works on console was updated in patch 4.4.0 to correct an issue.

On Xbox, only the Year Pass operators can be shared between multiple accounts on the same console.
Operators obtained from a specific game version will only unlock on the account that bought the game.

On PS4, operators cannot be shared at all.
Additional skins or charm purchases can't be shared and only unlock on the account that bought them.

JamiePro2482 and JamiePro248.

JamiePro248 is the one you have updated to the jaymey248 username.
