Hey,

Thanks for reporting this. Does the ADS settings make any impact on it for you? The sensitivity slider now goes up to 200. When you patch into the new season, your old sensitivity settings will automatically be converted into the new system, so maybe this is the cause?

Hey,

I'm sorry to hear you are connected to the wrong datacenter. As there is no way to manually change them on console, I can only suggest going through the connectivity troubleshooting for your chosen platform, and if you have any VPN's enabled or changed your DNS settings on the console to anything other than your default, then disable it / change it back.

Hey,

I'm sorry to hear that happened to your PSU. Unfortunately we can't do your request though, we don't have the ability to do so. Anything that results in you leaving the game before it's finished will result in an abandon, even if it's not your fault, otherwise people could abuse that by just shutting off their internet or power to avoid penalties.

Please could you try the verify files option to see if this resolves your issue? Follow the steps below depending on if you have the game from Uplay or from Steam.

In Uplay - Select "Properties" located underneath the "Play" button and then select "verify files"

Or

In Steam - From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache.

Now relaunch the game.

Hey,

I haven't seen any other reports of this or it being a known issue. Has it only started for you since the latest patch?

Hey,

Sorry to hear about your issue with the game crashing.

First of all, we would suggest to try the steps found here but for issues like this we really need to be able to look at your system files to help see what may be causing it.

Another good thing to try is to close Uplay, go to your cache folder in your Uplay directory and rename your cache folder to something like "cachebackup". Then see if you still have an issue.

If you are able to login to Uplay using your normal connection, could you just turn your VPN on after logging in to Uplay? Then launch the game?

Yes, once you have linked the game to your account, you can download it whenever you want from any device as long as you log in to the account you linked it to.

Sorry to hear it didn't resolve it for you. The issue can still happen again until it has been patched by the dev team, but I've seen others saying restarting resolved it for them.
