Hey,

I'm sorry to hear that. The abandonment sanction will still apply if you disconnect (even if it's not your fault) because there is no way for it to know if a player is making themselves disconnect on purpose to avoid an abandonment sanction if it didn't apply.

We are unable to provide anything back for getting an abandonment sanction, remove temporary suspensions, and we are also unable to modify player ranks unfortunately.

We have found this issue can be solved by whitelisting R6 and Uplay in your Anti-Virus settings.

I couldn't say I'm afraid, every antivirus is different so you'd have to speak to their support or try googling how to whitelist applications in whatever antivirus you use.

Hey,

Can you provide some images or a video of what is happening at your character selection?

The issue with being unable to move sometimes when the game starts is a known issue we are looking into. You need to restart the game if this happens.

Please could you try the verify files option to see if this resolves your issue?

In Uplay - Select "Properties" located underneath the "Play" button and then select "verify files"

In Steam - From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache.

Now relaunch the game.

Hey,

Sorry to hear about your issue with your computer freezing.

First of all, we would suggest to try the steps found here but for issues like this we really need to be able to look at your system files to help see what may be causing it.

Another good thing to try is to close Uplay, go to your cache folder in your Uplay directory and rename your cache folder to something like "cachebackup". Then see if you still have an issue.

The game is showing in your library for us. Are you logged in to the Uplay application?

You won't be able to see it on the club website until you've launched and played the game.

Hey,

Sounds like you're on the wrong Steam account. You need to be signed in to the same Steam account that bought it AND the same Ubisoft account that you linked the game to.

We can't help in recovering Steam accounts unfortunately, you would need to contact their support to do that.
