Hey,

Sorry to hear you are having some issues with the mic in-game.

There are 2 suggestions below you can try to resolve this:

1) Please make sure the microphone is set as “Default Communications Device” in the audio settings of Windows to control your communication device.

2) Go to C:\Users\CurrentUser\Documents\My Games\Rainbow Six - Siege\UplayID
Go to GameSettings.ini
Go to Audio
Change "VoiceChatCaptureMode=" to a 1 on the variable.

The issue is being looked into for those that haven't received all the packs. There is a total of 4 potential free packs during this event. After investigating your account, I've noticed you already received your 4 free packs. Therefore, we won't be able to add a fifth one to your account.

Why would you need to buy the game again?

For example, if you have been banned from the game, you can't sign in to the same account on the game again, no.

Hey,

Sorry to hear about your issue with the game crashing.

First of all, I would suggest to try the steps found here but for issues like this we really need to be able to look at your system files to help see what may be causing it.

Another good thing to try is to close Uplay, go to your cache folder in your Uplay directory and rename your cache folder to something like "cachebackup". Then see if you still have an issue.

If you have done those steps, I would recommend trying to get through on live chat during times that we are open so we can get your system files off you.

Hey,

Sorry to hear you are struggling to download the game.

You can try to stop the download, close the Uplay Process, relaunch Uplay and start the download again, as that sometimes resolves download issues.

You can also try changing the download location, to another drive if possible, but at least a new folder if not able to.

The game will always try to match you with similar ranks, however, this won't always be possible without longer wait times and it can also be affected by the ranks of other players being in squads.
