I'm sorry to hear that you had problems accessing the game and thank you for the screenshot - it's very helpful! Could you please confirm if you're still experiencing this? Have you purchased your game on Steam or elsewhere?

Please make sure to check that you are logged in to the correct Ubisoft account - if you have more than one, I'd advise to try them all. The game will only successfully launch on the account that was logged in during the first launch. Let us know how it goes! 😊...

Hi @Burnos78 ! Sorry to hear about your issues with Twilight Pack in the game.

I remember we had a similar issue with the Berserker Set previously. Could you please confirm if the gear is also being downgraded with all the upgrade materials refunded to inventory, or the armour set is just unequipped, along with all the runes on it? Thanks!

This issue should now be resolved - please make sure you have progressed in the game enough to unlock it in your inventory! Some items are not accessible until finishing Family Matters quest, or settling down in Ravensthorpe in England. If the reward is still missing after completing these steps, let us know! 😉

Hi dominantboy ! We have forwared this issue to our team to investigate. Like azullFR mentioned, it might be made worse by the amount of items you have in your inventory. In the meantime, have you tried reinstalling the game files to see if it would improve the load time?

Is your PC currently connected via WiFi or cable? For testing purposes, could you please try changing the connection method (wireless/wired) to see if it helps? I'd also recommend trying to connect through a mobile hotspot network.
