Firewall or not have no influens what so ever.

Thanks for the update, Regnar_Lothbrok. I'm sorry to hear you're still encountering this issue.

Could you please let us know the following:
- In which region are you located/ which server are they connecting to?
- Can you enter the Clan Hall or use any of it's unlocked features when you have the "clan server offline message"?
- From what I understand, this is something you encounter every play session. Is this correct? Or are you able to connect to the Clan Server on occasions? Does rebooting the game help at all?

Just to clarify, these players are completely discharged from the clan whilst participating in-game? Or are they just disconnected from the game and are able to rejoin again?

Are these players being removed by the commander of the clan? Or does it happen with no known cause?

Thank you for your report. I would just like to clarify a couple of things.

- Has this only happened in the ViewPoint control point? Or has this happened with other control points?
- Does this only happen in the Reanimated challenges?
- Upon a restart, do you encounter this again? Or does it play normally?

Which raid were you taking part in? Please note that the Eagle Bearer is not a guaranteed drop in The Dark Hours, however this is the only raid it can be attained in.
