I have taken a look at your case, and from what I understand, you are unable to access the raids to unlock the Bulwark patterns. Is this correct?

- Is it just Washington Monument that is affected, or are other Control Points?
- Was it completed before or was it the first attempt?
- Were you in a group and if yes, who was group leader?
- What were you doing right before?
