I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering trouble during your River Raids. Just to confirm, is this issue only occurring on the River Berbha? Or have you noticed that your crew doesn't join you on raids in other rivers?

It looks like there's two issues you're encountering here, which are:

  • Your crew won't join you on a raid once summoned using the horn. Instead, they just return to the ship as if the raid has been completed.

Are you still having trouble progressing with the story? You mention that you haven't been able to start Eurvicscire or Hamtunscire yet. I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. If you were eligible to receive the Pharaoh's Horse, then it should have been automatically added to your inventory. Additionally, the Pharaoh's Horse should now be available via Ubisoft Connect rewards, if you were unable to redeem this reward at the time the challenge was active.

I would like to reach out with an update from the development team regarding the investigating into this audio issue. The development team have confirmed that they will not be able to resolve this issue with sound effect volumes being unbalanced / inconsistent. You can read the full statement below:

After thorough investigation, the development team will not be able to resolve these audio issues. Resolution of this issue would require an overhaul of the entire audio system from the ground up and is not feasible. We recommend enabling subtitles to aid comprehension of dialogue.
