Would you be able to explain further what you mean by "shimmering," @Soham697? I've taken a look at your video, and it's a little hard to tell what you mean as the camera keeps moving, which also causes the grass to move as well. This is making it a little tricky to see what you mean. I can see the lighting/shading of the grass changing as you move the camera, but I'm unsure if this is the "shimmering" you're referring to.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble forcing open a door at Fiscartun Abbey. @procadman makes a good suggestion. You can restart a river raid location by returning to the settlement and completing three more raids. This will reset a previously raided location, and allow you to loot it again!

You can also start a raid by using the horn, which should summon the crew back from the ship. You can access the horn via the Quick Action Wheel.

I've reached out to the development team regarding this issue, and I have an update to share with you all. The development team has confirmed that this is working as intended. If you are in a relationship with another NPC (such as Randvi), you will be given the two dialogue options: "I'm with someone" and "I think of you as a friend." After selecting your choice, you will be able to interact with Petra again. If you are single, or have chosen to break up with your current romance, you will have a new dialogue option available to start a relationship with Petra instead.

It seems that this "infinite" conversation is allowing you to start a relationship with Petra at any time, if you aren't already in a relationship, rather than locking you out of the opportunity after finishing the initial conversation.
