The development team have been taking a closer look at your report. They've noticed that you haven't interacted with the cart as part of the world event, which could be what is preventing you from completing the mystery.

There are three objects you will need to interact with as part of "Aegir's Daughters." These items are the boar in front of the cage, the boat in the giant cauldron and the cart on the roof of a house.

Thanks for reaching out to us with an update. That's definitely strange. I just checked this out on my own console and I was able to see an indicator in the bottom-right corner that the Modern Day Settlement set belonged to the Modern Day pack (similar to the Knights of the Round Table set you show in your video). Are you still missing the indication of it being part of the Modern Day set?

I'm sorry to hear that the Berserker Pack has not been added to your account after completing "Family Matters." You may not be able to use some of the items until you've progressed further in the story. For instance, you won't be able to use the Berserker mount until you unlock your stables, or place any of the Berserker Settlement decorations until you find your settlement in England.

The "leap" you're describing sounds very similar to a teleporting issue that has been reported to the development team. As the name suggests, Eivor will "teleport" a short distance away suddenly, usually in the direction being travelled. Generally, you should be able to continue moving as normal after the teleport.
