Hello there!

I've merged together some reports about Ubisoft Connect challenges not updating as expected on 17 September, 2021, into a single thread. Thank you for taking the time to share your reports with us.

We've been notified that there is some ongoing degradation currently with Assassin's Creed: Valhalla which could be preventing your stats from updating correctly. The team are aware of this issue and are working towards resolving this as soon as they are able to. Once we have any updates to share with you all, we will let you know within this thread.

The development team have been investigating your report further, and they have so far been unable to reproduce the issue during testing.

Can you let us know if you purchased the Isu tattoo from the Animus Store, or if you purchased it from Reda's Shop using Opals?

If you can provide us with as much information about the events that lead up to the duplication occuring, that would be very helpful for the team in reproducing this issue.

Please note that the ability to not save during River Raids is working as intended, as it increases the risk and reward of the raids. I'm sorry to hear that you're missing the new High Elf pack from your inventory. There can sometimes be a short delay between purchasing the items and receiving them. Are you still missing them?

If so, please can you send us a video which shows the following:

  • You have successfully purchased the High Elf pack from the Animus Store. You can check this in "Owned" content.
  • The items are missing from your inventory.
