To start off I'd suggest running through our basic technical troubleshooting steps, and if that doesn't work, please get us some images of your quest log showing that the previous quest is complete, that the Holy Day quest is missing, and images of anything else that you think may be relevant to the investigation!

@MistaJwP So far as I'm aware, that shouldn't cause any issues unless you're trying to connect to a datacenter other than the one for those regions.

Since using a hotspot is out of the question, can you try using a VPN as well? This will have the same potential drawbacks that were outlined for hotspots, but should still serve the same purpose. Make sure you're VPNing into a server from your own region rather than a different one for the purposes of the test, please!

Hello there @Jonquavius69!

First, please double check our basic technical troubleshooting FAQ to make sure you've not skipped over everything, particular updating your GPU drivers.

I'd also recommend reinstalling For Honor once more, but this time navigate to where the game's directory was and manually delete any remaining files. Once done, try reinstalling the game while still running Connect as an administrator.

Hey @StevenCZE12! Do you get any messages about an authentication error when you attempt to launch the game? If so, then the issue is most likely that your copy of the game is linked to a different Ubisoft account, and you'll need to contact us on our support website for further assistance!

@Vexanon Can you check to see if both For Honor and Ubisoft Connect are installed on the same drive? It doesn't usually cause issues if they're not, but sometimes this will cause a myriad of issues to occur. It would be best if both of them are installed on your C drive, but just having everything on the same drive in general is the more important part!

@SlipsIsTaken In that case you could always just purchase the game from our store directly instead, which I believe you can even do before your Game Pass subscription runs out.

Or you can still just purchase it through Steam, whichever you prefer! 🙂

To clarify, is your game still crashing when using a set other than Taranis? Also, does using the Taranis set with any weapon at all crash the game, or is it only with specific weapons?
