Do you mean the Ubisoft Connect overlay doesn't work? Can you double check you have it enabled in the Ubisoft Connect settings?

Also, are you referring to Rainbow 6 Siege, or Rainbow 6 Extraction?

I'm sorry to hear your weekly challenge progress is not going up. If you could take a video clip showing the progress, completing something that should increase it, and then showing it hasn't gone up again, we can forward this on to the dev team to show there is an issue with this challenge. If you do, please upload it to somewhere like YouTube and just provide a link to view it.

Are you sure you don't own the game on 2 accounts where you may have unlocked them previously? We can help look into this to see if this is a possiblity or look into your account and invesitgate this further, however, we'll need to speak to you on a private channel, so please reach out on one of the options below. If you can find the name of the missing pattern by checking online, that would be beneficial so we can find it on your account and see if it was ever, or is, showing as owned to us.

Can you just let us know if you had completed any mastery challenges before you noticed it had scaled them up? If so, this is already an issue the team are aware of.

Hey @lockfrey_

This error usually means you launched and linked the game originally whilst logged in to a different Ubisoft account, so please check the username in top of Ubisoft Connect and see if you remember having another one. Then try logging in with any other email addresses you own.

If you can't remember having another account or the details for it, we can help you resolve it, but not on a public forum, so please reach out through one of the options below so we can help you locate the correct account to login to.

I'm sorry to hear that you keep getting disconnected. If you are unable to rejoin the game, try closing the game completely when it disconnects and relaunch it and then see if you are able to reconnect.

I would also suggest going through the connectivity troubleshooting on our support site for the platform that you play on.

Please can you try disconnecting your console from the internet whilst in-game, give it 30 seconds, then reconnect to the internet whilst still in-game. Once it's established the connection, try again.

Hey @dannyix887

Certain weapons should fade off-screen during scenes as to not obscure the player's view point during some interactions, so this is intended behaviour. I apologise if it breaks the immersion for you, but it could create worse camera angles during scenes if it didn't happen.
