Whilst it may not be included in this patch, it doesn't mean it won't be changed in future. We'll always share patch notes to let players know quicker what to expect in each patch without having to go in to the game and test to see if something has been resolved.

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to use the store properly. Can you try disconnecting the console from the internet whilst in-game. Give it 30 seconds and reconnect to the internet, whilst still in-game. Once the connection has re-established, try accessing it again.

Thanks for confirming that @randelia. It sounds like it's the same issue we already reported then.

I wouldn't worry about losing the content, as we can see everything you own with the version of the game you bought, so it is applied to your account. It's just a display issue why it doesn't show as owned in-game.

There's a patch out later today and I noticed the patch notes says it fixes "Various incorrect AI behaviors" so could you let us know if you are still experiencing this after the patch? If you can provide a video clip of it too, that would be great.

I'm sorry to hear this. I found a report of this a long time ago but we were unable to reproduce it. Could you let us know if you already completed "Reporting on Jorvik" before moving to pledge to Grantebridgescire?

We have reported issues of this trophy not unlocking after being unlocked on another platform previously, to the dev team.

We can't unlock trophies manually for players, but I'll add your report of the issue too.

Thanks for reporting that it's not showing in the owned section. I'll let the game team know in case they want to change this but I'm glad you've got the items at least.

I'm sorry to hear your game isn't launching. Do you have the game installed with the updates too, and have you got it installed on the main Xbox HDD or an external drive?

The issue has been around for quite a while but it does allow you to have extra skill points if any further skills are added at a later time and you can feel free to do so if that happens.

I understand it does make it extra grindy if you want to go for everything @longjohn119, and this issue is adding to the time it would usually take to complete these areas.

I'll report it to be looked into so the QA team can see if they can reproduce it and how often it happens.

I'm sorry to hear you are having some flashing lights on screen whilst playing the game. Could you provide a video example to show us what exactly is happening please?

If you could also let us know the following this would be good to know too:

Does it happen randomly, or when you are doing something specific, or is it constant?

When does it start? At the main menu, during the splash screens, or only when loaded into the world?
