Thanks for the report and image and providing your system specs. If you can let us know how you get on when you change your graphics card back, that will help identify where the issue may be and see what we can get the QA team to look into.

If you could also provide a video link showing the issue, that would be great too.

The only other thing I can think of is that you have something on your PC that is running that your brother doesn't have running on his PC, that could be causing the issue. Can you try closing down any other applications that are running?

Just to check, do any of you have the game installed on an external HDD? If so, please try reinstalling the game on the main PS4 HDD.

I'm sorry to hear you are stuck on a loading screen. Are you able to try starting a new character to see if this loads, then go back to your original one after seeing if this worked?

Also, do you have the game installed on the main PS5 HDD or did you install a 2nd HDD or plug in an external one?

Hey,

I found a couple of other reports of this but we were unable to reproduce the issue ourselves. I did find those reports say that disabling recording software solved this issue for them.

If you still have the issue or unable to resolve it from that, we will need you to these system files from you to look into this further.

I'm sorry to hear your game crashes due to EAC. Have you tried just lowering the amount of cores the game is using? You still need to meet the minimum requirements of course, so you'd still need 4 cores, but if you have more, just try disabling some.

I'm sorry to hear you aren't receiving sound through your headset. I found an old issue that has been resolved already that happened with Logitech headsets, where there was a workaround to change the setting for voice output device to the speaker and then the in game audio would start to work on their headset again, so you can give this a go and see if this also applies for you.

There's no blue screening on PC known issues. Blue screening usually suggests an issue with the PC itself. If it happens again, try to spot (or take a picture of the screen with your phone), what it identifies as the problem, as it will usually show something like a "STOP CODE" followed by something saying what program or file may be causing it.
