I see we did report this some time ago, but unfortunately we were unable to reproduce the issue ourselves so a cause and therefore a fix has not been found.

Cross-progression can't be disabled unfortunately as it's tied to your Ubisoft account. I apologise for any disappointment caused.

Hey @GurkTheDovakiin

You need to purchase additional content on the same platform you purchased the game on, so if you own the game on Ubisoft Connect, you can't buy the content on Steam as it won't be compatible.

@Hoolsyy Do you also have the game through Ubisoft Connect?

Also, I assume you are actually wanting to use the controller and not a mouse and keyboard?

Technically, the game isn't supported for use with laptop graphics cards, however, it could be that your laptop is set to use the onboard graphics chip rather than the graphics card, so you could make sure it is using the correct one. Please follow the steps in the article ...

Hey @AlexJox

I'm sorry to hear your game is still crashing whenever someone uses Sens. I see you had a live chat before and it looks like it was resolved previously. But as you have a support case created from the live chat, if you log back in to the support website you should be able to see your old cases and you can update it again. Even though it is closed, it will reopen the case when you comment on it again and we can continue assisting through there.

There's no known issues to have a black square on the screen during play or in the main menu. Could you provide a screenshot or video showing how big this is and how it looks please?

This error usually means you launched and linked the game originally whilst logged in to a different Ubisoft account, so please check the username in top of Ubisoft Connect and see if you remember having another one. Then try logging in with any other email addresses you own.
