Hey @hpoonis2010

I'm sorry to hear your character freezes sometimes. Can you just answer some questions to help us look into this:

Does it seems to happen no matter what you have equipped?
Does it happen randomly at any time, no matter what you are doing?
Has it resulted in your character dying during combat?
Have you changed any of the default graphic settings? If so, can you also try changing them back to default and see if the issue remains?

Definitely try just unplugging the other USB devices you don't need whilst playing as that often helps. You could also try just plugging in to a different USB slot too and see if that helps.

Hey @LBlah

Sounds like you may need to restore your licenses on PS5. There is a PS5 article on how to do so here.

On Xbox, are you sure you are logged in to the same account that purchased the game? If so, I would recommend speaking to Xbox support about this, as we have no visibility on your purchases on the Xbox account.

Hey @Vlerk2020

You don't need to remain connected to play the game and the noise of your PC isn't something we are able to really troubleshoot I'm afraid but that's usually caused by high internal temps caused by 100% disk usage or high RAM usage, so see if you can check those.

Unfortunately on PC this isn't possible I'm afraid, though, we are aware of the issue and will provide any updates of a fix when we hear about it here on the forums.

Thanks @TheNorfolkian. Just so you know, the issue with the duplicate purchase through Reda you mentioned for the Thunderer's Brazier is a separate issue, but has also been reported.

We have let the dev team know these issues are back too and hope they are able to resolve them before the festival ends this time.

The issues caused from the festival will likely go away when the festival ends, though, we would of course like to see the dev team be able to resolve these issues before then, so that everyone may get to enjoy it.
