Please could you record a video clip of this and upload it online to somewhere we can view it like YouTube, then send us a link to view this?

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with the mouse clicking outside of the game window on the other screen.

I had a search online for this and found a few suggestions that have worked for other games:

1) If you press alt+enter when you start up and right click on the other monitor before pressing alt enter again it seems to work.

2) Switching to windowed mode and back to full screen. Another says clicking a few times within the window in windowed mode, then go to full screen.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with the controls. I'm not familiar with them on PC myself, so could you just confirm if this is after remapping controls yourself?

I'm sorry that you had the same issue too but glad it has finally progressed for you after multiple attempts.

Regarding other issues, please avoid bringing them up in threads that are unrelated, as we don't want to derail someones thread and to avoid having multiple conversations going on about multiple things in a thread, as it can get confusing and messy. If you need to discuss anything about other issues you have, please search for a thread that is about the same issue or create a new one.

I'm sorry to hear the mouse cursor is drifting off to your other monitor. We'll forward this suggestion on to the game team.

I don't suppose you would have, or be able to record, a video clip of this happening too could you? We could then add that to the report.

Hey @jalexdajazzer

I'm sorry to hear you are unable to access your save. This could have just been due to some server degradation earlier causing it to not be able to locate your save file in the cloud. It looks like the degradation is now over, so if you try logging out of Ubisoft Connect, back in again, then relaunching the game, and let us know if you are still unable to see your saves. If you can't, please let us know and we'll see if we can help restore them.

@xiceyxcheeksx Thanks for the reply. Do you know (or can you check) if you have done any Windows updates or graphic driver updates since you were last able to play fine? If so, you could try undoing those back to the previous state it worked fine in, just to see if either of those would be causing a problem.

Hey @xiceyxcheeksx,

First of all, welcome to the forums and I'm sorry to see you are having an issue playing For Honor lately and thanks for letting us know what you have already tried.

Could you just clarify if this is this happening when you try to launch the game or is it crashing with this message whilst playing?

Also, were you able to play perfectly fine recently before this issue started, or has it been some time since you had played the game and had only just reinstalled it?

I see there is some degradation affecting all games and services at the moment, so this will likely be caused by this but shouldn't last too much longer. I apologise for any inconvenience it is causing you.

I'm sorry to hear the event keeps deactivating. Can you actually see it but just unable to access it? Or does it not show any sign of the event for you until you log out and back in?

Would you be able to record a clip of this (including logging out and back in) if it happens again so we can forward this to the game team? If so, please upload it to YouTube (or similar) and drop the link in here if you can.

I'm sorry to hear your computer is shutting itself off whilst playing the game. Please can you go through the steps in this article first of all, to rule out any of the most common causes.

If you still have issues after this, we would need to look into your system files (DX Diag and MSINFO) to get a better look at what could be the cause.

@adrian-11 I know that he shouldn't be there at all. It's such an odd bug. I'll update the thread whenever I have an update back on this.
