@lolol934 Thanks for reporting this and I'm also sorry to see this happens. I have reported the issue to the game team along with the video you linked. Hopefully a damage immunity during cutscenes can be added easily to help prevent it happening anywhere else too.

@AzuGriff_FR Thanks for your reply. I wonder if the issues are caused from newer controllers from when the game originally released but I will forward this information on to the game team to see if they are able to reproduce it and get it looked into for a fix. Thanks again!

@avfuse I'm not sure if it shows in-game as I'm unable to access the game myself currently at my location to double check, but if not you would just need to check the forums News and Announcements section where we would post any patch notes or announcements about a TU to see the current one. The last TU was 13.2.

@sasorisan1 Thanks for the information and the videos. I'll forward this on to the game team. The questions I asked were questions the game team were asking us to find out as they have seen some other similar reports already, so may be used to see if there is similarities between yourself and what other players have shown us / reported.

I haven't seen any report and don't see any known issues on this yet. If you are able to provide any more information, or a video (uploaded to YouTube or similar) showing what people are doing, I could forward this on to the game team to investigate it further.

Hey @dagrommit

Thanks for the report. I couldn't find any known issue or similar reports of it from the information here. I wonder if it may have been caused from the lower level agents progression in the area at the time. I don't suppose you recorded the game session and have a clip of the issue do you? If not, don't worry, but you ever encounter it again and are able to do so, please try to do that and take any additional notes like you did here and we can forward the that information on too and see if it can be reproduced and find the cause.

I'm sorry to hear you may be having an issue. Could you let us know the following things so we can look into this:

  • Are you trying to use explosive damage to trigger Rules of Engagement set talent (4 piece talent)?
  • What methods are you using to kill the enemies?
  • Screenshots / Videos of the full gearset that you are running when encountering this issue. Please upload any videos to YouTube (or similar) and provide the link to view it.
  • How often are you encountering this issue in-game?

@daniexus This would be fine. They can buy the game + expansion and should be able to just verify the game files and access the content with you.

Hey everyone,

1.12 is correct to see on the main menu. The game wouldn't let you log in to your character if you weren't on the correct version. When you download the game it would download it with the updates available already included.

Regarding crashing issues, I can see an investigation into these has already been opened up previously and is still being worked on.

I'm sorry to hear that. Please could you just answer the questions above to confirm if this is bugged or not, and if so, record a video clip of this and upload it online to somewhere we can view it like YouTube, then send us a link to view this? 

We can then forward it on to the relevant teams to look into this.
