Firstly, welcome to the forums and I'm sorry to hear that you are having disconnection issues. I will forward this on to the game team to keep an eye on. I understand you mention that it is the opponent that has the high ping, but I would still suggest to just run through the connection troubleshooting here just in case it helps with who you are being matched with.

It sounds like you may be signed in to Ubisoft Connect with the wrong account. Please can you check and make sure it says you username "yunbeai" in the top corner?

I'm sorry to hear you are having connection errors. Please can you go through the connectivity troubleshooting found here first of all.

If you still have an issue after this, please take screenshots of your port forwarding and reach out to us through one of the methods below so we can look into this further for you.

It would also be useful if you can send your system files (DX diag and MSINFO) so that we can look into it and try further troubleshooting with you.

Just for clarification, is it showing the download / starting it but just sitting at 0% progress or something? If so, can you let me know where the progress is stopping.

Or is it not showing any updates available but needs one to let you play?

I'm sorry to hear you game is freezing sometimes. Game freezes can be caused by various things and won't necessarily happen on every computer. Please can you run through the steps found here if you are still having issues with it happening.

Welcome to the forums first of all. There has been an issue today on console since the update with missing characters and being unable to load in with progress being stuck at 9%. This is being worked on currently but please can you let us know if you still have the issue with loading in once this is resolved. We will post on this thread once it is.

Firstly, welcome to the forums. Regarding your first 2 comments, these aren't things we at customer support would be able to answer as we don't have any input to the development of the game, so whatever the devs have decided to do with these in terms of buffing or nerfing them is their choice. I can pass on your feedback on these changes though.

For your 3rd point, could you just let me know which patch made a change to these not being available in PVP anymore? I can then try to find out if this was done on purpose or not, and if it ...

A tweet has been put out also but just to update you here too, we want to confirm that your characters and progression are NOT affected by this situation and will be accessible as soon as fix is deployed.

The dev team believe they have found the cause of the issue and no longer require us to forward affected account details on. If this changes, we'll let you know to start posting here again, but for now you can just wait for the fix to be applied.

Hey everyone,

I have just merged 3 threads on this topic and we have reported this issue is back with the mission being brought back too. It was an issue before but was supposedly fixed from a patch, so hopefully we can get a quick fix for it again. In the meantime, @Killorio has shared a video above that shows a way to bypass the bug with some perseverance, so this may also help anyone else still stuck at this point. We'll let you know when we have any other updates on this.
