Thanks for sharing this and I'm glad you have managed to get through the mission with perseverance and following the workaround in the video. It looks like this was supposed to have been resolved previously but I will update the game team that it is happening again. I apologise for any inconvenience caused from it.

@Kadaf-Son In the meantime, can you try following the suggestion in the video posted too please? Hope it works for you too.

I'm sorry to hear you are having some visual bugs in the game. Please could you record a video clip of these and upload it / them online to somewhere we can view it like YouTube, then send us a link to view this? 

We can then forward it on to the relevant teams to look into this.

Sorry to hear the issue is back for you. As it has been mentioned earlier in the thread, we are aware of the issue with the latest driver and the only workaround we have is to use the older driver you mention, but we don't have any updates on how this issue is progressing at the moment, whether it will be a game update or another driver update needed to resolve it, but we'll keep players updated on here when we do have any information about this. @jellyofdeath Thanks for reporting this to us. Do you have any other games that use Easy Anti Cheat? If so, can you see if it happens there too?

If you don't have any others, I would still suggest raising it to them too, as if it happens with The Division 2, it may be likely to happen with other games that use EAC, so it's something that they would need to know about.

@Kerkamint38 Thanks again for what you have provided already. I can see it has been a known issue for quite a while now but we don't have any updates from the dev team on how the investigation on this issue is going so far but we'll continue to add anything we can to the report to try to help with getting it resolved.

Hey @agent__nomad

Did your entire group go through the connection troubleshooting steps? Does it make a difference who leaves the group for it to immediately start? Would you be able to record a clip showing the game stuck in matchmaking for a minute or so and then someone leaving the group and it then instantly starting?

Hey everyone,

We are aware of this issue still and we have already reported it to the dev team, but unfortunately we don't have any further information on the investigation into this at the moment. I apologise for any inconvenience but we will share any information on this topic when we do have some from the devs to share.

We are also aware that rolling back drivers isn't a fix, and it is just a workaround and it is also annoying to have to keep doing this, especially if you play multiple games and need to keep reverting and upgrading when switching between them, but this is the only workaround we have found to work for most players having the issue for the time being.

I'm sorry to hear you have been getting crashes on hardcore mode. I can't see this being a known issue but it's strange if you are only getting them on hardcore. Do you get any specific error messages when it crashes?

Hey @tiff4568

I'm sorry to hear your controller isn't registering button presses. Can you try the suggestion mentioned above, as that can sometimes be the cause for controller issues, and there isn't any other known issues or mass reports coming in of this happening since the patch.

It could be an issue with the latest Nvidia driver as @Adrian-11 mentioned. You could test this by reverting to the previous driver and see if that resolved...

Firstly, I'd just like to mention that having drivers ready for games with upcoming release dates is something that just needs to be done. It will also likely be a different dev team working on Far Cry 6 to The Division 2, as we still have devs who continue to work on The Division 2.

Secondly, if you are having ongoing issues from new drivers, please just update any pre-existing thread(s) regarding this, or mention what issues you are still having in your original post, so when we come across your post, we know what issues you are referring to a...

@petek Also glad to hear that resolved it for you. Also, the save that wasn't listed mustn't have been uploaded to the cloud in-game, that's why I couldn't see it 🙂

@nozgame No worries. We won't mind if you ever suddenly created multiple threads, so don't ever feel worried about that. We would only care if it was actual spam messages that weren't related to the game or contain nothing for example, but actual issues, it's fine.

I'll have another check for issues with the AI and whistling and forward your videos on to report these issues.
