Sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties with the quest "Breaking the Order". The way you're describing it, it doesn't appear to be a bug, your inventory shows the correct amount of Order Medallions (14) before revealing the Father (his is the 15th medallion). In order to reveal him, you'll need to fully complete the story, including the Hordafylke and Hamtunscire quests. The easiest way to confirm if you've done so, is to provide an image or a short video from the alliance map (Hordafylke will be added at the bottom once done).

I'm sorry to hear your "Master Hunter" achievement is still locked on Xbox.

To unlock it, you'll also need to kill the legendary animals on Vinland and in Jotunheim (which aren't listed when you check with Wallace). Have you completed those as well? If you have, I'd appreciate a short clip, showing that you've completed everything. Once we have that, we'll be glad to open a report to our development team.

As I mentioned earlier, it can be provided via a link after it's been uploaded externally, or you could also attach it to a support-ticket, if you prefer a private channel (msinfo and dxdiag would also be doable via the private channels - not recommended in public, as they contain personal information).

Hey again @lolzarz ! Sorry for missing the part about the shampoo lifestyle need, as well as the available residents per level.

The amount of residents also depends on the panorama level, so I'd have to take a look at screenshots of your layout to confirm if something's not as it should be. I also took a look at our data and couldn't find any requirement of shampoo for bonus residents. Another screenshot of that would also help determine what's going on.

Are you by any chance using any mods currently? Installing mods can have some unintended changes with the regular game functions. The development team would like to take a closer look at this issue. Would it be possible to provide us with your save file that's affected?
Simply uploading it to a free provider and sharing the link would do fine.

They also suggested checking if the issue persists upon restarting the game, as this could not be reproduced when testing the scenario internally. It would also help if you would let us know if you're using any mods on your game.
