I've had a closer look at your account and can see that your ticket that you've created regarding the issue is still active and hasn't been closed, however if there is no activity within 4 days, it will be force-closed by the system.
As soon as we will have further information regarding the issue that GeForce Now users are facing, it will be posted here, in our official forums, so keep an eye and apologies about the inconvenience thys may have caused in the meantime.
