I've had a closer look at your account and can see that your ticket that you've created regarding the issue is still active and hasn't been closed, however if there is no activity within 4 days, it will be force-closed by the system.

As soon as we will have further information regarding the issue that GeForce Now users are facing, it will be posted here, in our official forums, so keep an eye and apologies about the inconvenience thys may have caused in the meantime.

On 7th of October, we did have planned maintenance, however since then, servers were working as intended and I wasn't able to find any outages. So previously I understood that you were being directed to the center of the ocean when in attempt to locate dancers, however now I understand that it doesn't give you any direction whatsoever, is that correct?

Great stuff there - much appreciated!

After having a closer look with the team at your screenshots and files sent regarding Captain Ibrahim and his perks during combat, I can indeed confirm that the current mechanic does work as intended.

See, the confusion might come from due to lower HP once you leave/conclude the combat, as the 20% HP bonus is also being taken away right after. Essentially, the bonuses Ibrahim offers are similar to 'bullet sponge' mechanic, where whilst in combat, his ship is able to soak up more damage than what the base stats offer. Hopefully this makes sense.

Appreciate your swift response!

What I meant regarding the 300% productivity is that you'll need 3 oil wells per plant as you happen to be running low.

So that we could look into this particular matter further, would I be able to ask you for the following:

  1. Screenshot of your layout of tracks as well as showing trains filling up 49/100. Can also be video footage, whichever you find easier
  2. Save file of the game in which the issue exists. This can be found in %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts, then use any file sharing website and drop a link

Hi again!

Just to follow up the initial query - I have double-checked with the team and can confirm that this is indeed working as intended.

Tim, in comparison to Savvy Customs Officer, offers additional perk called 'Takeover Lockdown', meaning that he is also able to prevent enemies from taking over your island through shared purchases. This effect is only applying to trading posts however, as you can only buy shares there.

Hopefully this clears the confusion.

Yes, you are correct indeed @Asterix201252.
We did have some mentions about this in the past however had some difficulties with reproducing it, although again, some matters were related to particular location or certain in-game actions that may lead to it, so it isn't always as straightforward as it may seem to be. In rare cases, issues also may resurface after a patch or so, however we will continue to work towards improving the gameplay experience and resolve any issues that may arise, so thank you for your communication so far and if you do happen to have any addition...
