So when you attempt to load it, does the game just simply turn off or does it not load the save as you attempt to do so however game stays open?

As far as other query goes, I was referring to in-game and whether you happen to recall as to what was the last thing you did? I will understand if you won't however as there may have been quite some time passed since you played it last time.

Finally, can you check to see if your save files are still present? If you're playing on Xbox Series X/S, it should be in My Games and Apps > Assassin's Creed Valhalla > Menu > Manage game and add-ons > Saved Data

Hey @r2smuse, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the issue you ran into there.

After having a closer look, I was not able to find any similar reports, therefore for reproduction purposes, is there any possibility you could provide us with video footage showing this? If you enter the game, show where the marker appears when you're in Francia and then England and once you're ready, just simply press 'Share' button on your controller and save video footage, which can then be uploaded through PlayStation on YouTube and drop the link (URL) in this thread.

I understand that you are referring to 'Hidden ones Bureau' quest however correct me if I'm wrong.

If it is indeed, may I just double-check if you happen to have earlier save you could go back to in order to try and re-do the quest? Additionally, did you try loading the save game again or returning to the location after fast travelling, to see if issue persists?

Finally, should none of the steps above help, is there any possibility you could provide us with either video or screenshot of the point at which you're stuck?
