Hey @ansgo88, thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about the issue you ran into there.

It appears that this particular matter has been brought to our team's attention already and is under further review.

For the time being however, the only workaround would be to either start a new save, or just simply continue with the save you have available, which is one hour older. I do appreciate that this may not be an ideal scenario and our apologies about the inconvenience this may cause.

Hey guys, thanks for sharing details regarding the issue.

As Ubi-Viral stated, it's a matter that our team is aware of and are already working on.

In the meantime, to aid us in further investigation, should issue occur again, make sure to save your match ID and send it over to us, which we will be able to pass on.

Please do note however that there is a possibility that the remaining BP may be received at a later stage and there is a possibility for a slight delay, so give it some time too and if nothing - let us know.

First, in terms of UI elements as well as icons + usernames missing - could you advise us since when did this start to occur and does issue occur in each and every game or just particular ones? Additionally, are you using Vulkan or DX API?

Hey @Baphomet , thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the issue you've been experiencing.
 
This have been likely caused due to degradation we have been experiencing earlier, however as far as PC servers go, it's all now working as intended so when you have a chance, check in-game and see whether issue persists.

  1. Do you happen to receive any error messages right after crash occurs?
  2. Are you using Vulkan or DX API?
