I am not entirely sure what you mean by saying you managed to get there however if you are using VPN, this will be one of the reasons you are being connected elsewhere and accordingly, your connection speed may suffer as well, therefore you may want to try disabling VPN and then see if you continue to have ping related issues.

Hey Pad.Trick, thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about the issue you've been dealing with.

First and foremost, can I just double-check what is the data center (server) that you're connecting to? Could it be possibly a similar case to OP, where you're being connected elsewhere? If it is the case, please note that you can manually change which server you're connecting to, by following steps outlined here.

I que for any game mode, I wait for as long as 5 minutes and then I'm hit with error 4-0, then 3-0, and then 0-0.

After having a closer look, it does not appear that anything similar would have been brought up before, therefore for reproduction purposes, is there any possibility you could provide us with video footage of this? If not possible, any chance you could tell us the exact steps you take in order to have that ticking sound going?

Also, are you able to provide us with your save file by any chance? It is by default located in %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts

After thorough review, I wasn't able to identify any game-time for Splinter Cell Blacklist, therefore if you do still have the title, try playing it and once done, you can get through to us and we will have a look to see if you do meet the conditions to receive the reward. Hey KFC..Wi-Fi, thanks for reaching out and welcome to forums!

As it stands, Linux OS is not supported for Rainbow Six Siege therefore we wouldn't be able to make any recommendations on this, however the game is available on Stadia as well as GeForce Now (just as Jakub27blue suggested), therefore you can look it up to see if you'd be able to set it up to play through cloud based gaming service.
