If you have a physical copy of the game for one region and your PlayStation account is for another one - you will be able to install and play the game however when it comes down to purchasing any additional content through digital PlayStation store, due to region for your PlayStation account being different, you will not be able to receive your purchased content, I'm afraid.

Hey Alphasquard, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the crash issue you've been experiencing.

First and foremost, so that we could look into the matter further, can I ask you to advise us the following:

1. Do you use Vulkan or DX API?
2. Do you receive any error message when game crashes?
3. Did you notice any consistencies in-game that leads to game crash, such as any actions in-game, for example?

In the meantime, if you haven't already, try completing steps outlined in the following article, starting of by verifying your game files first, and see if issue persists.

Just to double-check - are you able to access the Test Server now?

Also, are you asking how to link your Test Server from Steam's library to Ubisoft Connect library? If so, you should have it available on your Ubisoft Connect library too.

Hey Volly-, thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about what happened.

Based on the time of your contact, I've had a closer look at our server status and can see that there has been a temporarily Ubisoft Services degradation, which may have led to this happening, however this has been resolved since and servers are working as intended.

I am afraid that when it comes to temporary suspension, our Support team are unable to overturn these as it's being issued by the server-side, however I do appreciate the inconvenience this can cause and accordingly, will forward the feedback over to our development team.

We've had a temporary degradation around the time of your contact for Ubisoft Connect Services, which may result in your progress for challenges being delayed and may not necessarily trigger as soon as you meet the requirements, however this has been resolved since and it should be working as intended.

Nevertheless, if you continue to experience this, give the troubleshooting steps suggested by Ubi-Wan a go and see if problem persists.
