Hi @Ashuraman I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with keys for locked chests. As this is a different issue to the thread that you posted in, I have created a new thread.

Hi @dominantboy the development team have asked the following:

  • Can you confirm which river you encountered this issue at and which location?
  • How often have you experienced this?
  • In the video they noticed 2 Ballistas, one being broken and the other being intact. Can you confirm if you destroyed both of those?

Hi @SpirantCrayon22 the development team have confirmed that they have been unable to reproduce this issue where it rains and there are no clouds.

They have also asked if you can recall what action you were doing before it started to rain? From the video it looks as though you may have just fast travelled to a location, unless you climbed up there to demonstrate the issue more clearly?

Hi @SpirantCrayon22 the development team have confirmed that they have been unable to reproduce this issue where it rains and there are no clouds.

I understand that you are experiencing an issue in Assassin's Creed Valhalla where you are unable to crouch. This is not an issue that I have seen reported, however I understand that you have seen other threads where a large number have players have also reported this.

Hi @N3st4Marley I'm sorry to hear that your game is closing during a raid.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

Please confirm if this resolves the issue.

Hi @NaauughtySaan if you have purchased the complete edition then you should have access to Wrath of The Druids, The Siege of Paris and Dawn of Ragnarok expansions.

Can you confirm if you still do not have access to Dawn of Ragnarok?

Hi @WardenRae I'm sorry to hear that your Jomsviking's have reset to level 1 and that the Jomsviking hall is showing level 1 Jomsviking's.

Could you please try ringing the bell outside of the hall to see if it refreshes it with higher levelled Jomsviking's.

If it doesn't could you please provide a video to demonstrate this issue. In the video we would need to see the following:

  • That you have the latest update installed. This can be seen in the main menu screen before loading your save.
  • That your Jomsvking Hall is full upgraded.
  • That you have refreshed the hall and it is still showing level 1 Jomsviking's.

After thorough investigation, the development team has confirmed that they were unable to continue looking into a potential fix for this issue as they needed to focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on the gameplay experience.

I understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for and can only apologise.

Hi @TheNorfolkian thanks for the information and screenshots provided.

I can understand in this instance where the statistics may be out of the ordinary and show more than what is capable of unlocking in-game to be an issue, and in this case connectivity troubleshooting is unlikely to do anything. Connectivity troubleshooting would only be worth doing if the stats are not updating.

I have reopened the issue for the development team to investigate further.

Just to confirm have you ever started a new game on Assassin's Creed Valhalla?

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue confirming the kill to finish the quest.

Could you please confirm the following:

  • Do you have the latest update (1.6.2) installed?
  • Are you experiencing this in the same King's contract 'Death to All' in Meath, Ireland? If not can you confirm which contract or quest it is and on which map?
  • Can you remember if you had been in that area previously before accepting the contract or quest and killed enemies there?
