I'm also sorry to hear that you you are missing the key required in the quest 'Into the Fog'.

An issue was reported for this quest where the key could not be looted if the enemies in the cave had been killed before starting the quest.

You mentioned that you experienced a save issue, could you explain in more detail what happened. And can you confirm if you killed the enemies in the cave before starting the quest?

Hi Vikings!

I have merged several threads into this main thread for the issue with the River Raid quest 'The Ulfberht Sword' where the kill for the captain at Katzenelnbogen is not recognised.

If it is possible and you haven't already tried, could you please load an earlier save before you started the quest then try again and confirm if this works. Another player confirmed that this worked for them and that they killed the captain at Katzenelnbogen first.

This issue has been reported and is being investigated. We will update this thread as soon as we have more information.

To confirm does the quest name still appear and the quest objective is missing or does the quest disappear from your quest log altogether?

Hi @buttsoupr I'm sorry to hear that your progression is stuck at 1.41hrs / 2hrs.

Can you confirm if you have received your reward? It can take up to 24 hours for the rewards to be added to your inventory and you should also receive an confirmation email.

With regards to the stats not being displayed correctly, could you please ensure you have the latest version of Ubisoft Connect launcher installed.

If it is could you please provide screenshots of the following:

  • The playtime on your Ubisoft Connect stats
  • The playtime on the Ubisoft referral page
  • The playtime required to start earning rewards in the Ubisoft Connect overlay

Hi @lsplay_ I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing graphical issues with Assassin's Creed Valhalla, this is not a known issue.

Looking at the screenshots provided it looks like a GPU artifacting issue. This would usually indicate an issue with the GPU in your console. Artifacting can start to affect one game but eventually affect other games too.

Hi @Poseidon150702 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue completing Verica's tomb.

I'm afraid that you cannot reset the tombs.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video could you show which pillar cannot be moved and which location you wanted to move it to.
