Hi @griggzeus I'm sorry to hear that you have killed the Zealot 'Kendall' and are unable to confirm the kill.

I would recommend to try creating a manual save directly above the icon where Kendall is and then close the game. Then launch the game again and load the newly created save to see if Kendall respawns.

I can confirm that this was reported to the development team last year, however they were unable to reproduce it.

This is a difficult jump, it took myself several attempts before I did it.

Hi @NivlemUber apologies for the late response.

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with Wuffa the Zealot being stuck and unable to confirm the kill.

I would recommend to try creating a manual save directly above the icon where Wuffa is and then close the game. Then launch the game again and load the newly created save to see if Wuffa respawns. You should not need to uninstall the game to try this workaround.

  • Do you have a controller connected when trying to change the settings?
  • What specific functions are you trying to change in the options menu?
  • Are you experiencing this on the Ubisoft Connect, Steam or Epic version version of the game?

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the River Raid quest 'The Ulfberht Sword'.

I have merged your post with this thread. Looking at your screenshot your issue looks slightly different as I can still see the quest name in the top right corner. Can you confirm if the quest also still appears in your quest log and if it does is there no objective showing there either?

I'm sorry to hear that the Daughters of Lerion icon for Cordelia remains on the map even though you have defeated her.

We have had similar reports for the other two Daughters of Lerion in the past, however the development team were unable to reproduce the issue.

I can report this issue to the development team but due to them not being able to reproduce the issue in the past it is unlikely that they will be able to reproduce it this time.

Hi @JAC072 I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive a key in the Deoraby Spar Cavern.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. However, if you are unable to reproduce it due to progressing in the game and not having an earlier save that you can load, then can you provide a video that shows the following:

  • That there is no key to collect at the location where it should be
  • That you do not have the key in your inventory
  • That you have a Lute in your inventory
  • That you cannot open the door that is locked ...

Hi @jman_3693 I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to progress in the quest 'Pilgrimage to St. Albanes'.

I can confirm that this issue was reported in the past, however the development team were unable to reproduce it.

The only thing I can suggest would be to load a previous save before you raided St. Albanes then complete the quest first. However, in doing this you will lose some progression.

I am also sorry to hear that Reda's Shop was empty. I can confirm several other players have reported this and the development team is investigating.

Other players have found restarting their console resolved the issue or waiting to see if the items load. If you are still experiencing this could you please try restarting your PC and wait to see if the items load. However if the issue persists please let us know.

As you mentioned if any players experience any connectivity related issues we would provide connectivity troubleshooting to try, however we would also check the servers on our side in case there was any outages or maintenances.

Hi @TheNorfolkian I have checked for an update and the development team have confirmed that they would be unable to look into a fix for this particular issue at this stage as it involves the inventory and is too much of a risk.

As the issue will no longer be investigated, I will now lock this thread.
